Our product of choice is Essiac. Covered in CANCERactive's magazine icon August 2002, authentic Essiac has eight ingredients and significantly boosts the immune system, helps detox the body and, many believe, can help enormously in the fight against cancer. Canadian Nurse Renee Caisse used it in her cancer clinics and totally believed in the powers of this formula, which is based on the original and natural herbal Native American formula. It has all eight ingredients that Renee was using in her successful clinic with Dr Breusch (Kennedy's Doctor) and importantly is in an organic tincture preserving the benefits of all the herbs, especially sheep sorrel.
This product contains all 8 ingredients - the original four plus those added by Nurse Caisse herself - and the tincture format preserves the essential activity better than many dried products. 1 Bottle (200mls). Ingredients: Burdock root, Sheep sorrel, slippery Elm, rhubarb root, kelp, red clover, blessed thistle and watercress.
Dosage: one teaspoon a day but up to 2 teaspoons if directed by a medical practitioner.
